I had major problems all last week with not getting points.  I did get some yesterday, but only while listening to a streaming station (only have 4 now....50s,60s, Jazz, Comedy, and Hip Hop).  I've already deleted cookies, etc.  Still no points. 

Also, I no longer have a play list on my profile.  IDK what happened there.  but it's weird because when I information 977 employees of the lack of gaining points, I was told points were only rewarded from homepage not playlist....which we know that, but I guess that's the duh reponse they are used to giving out first.

Ready for the site to fix the issus.

I wouldn't be surprised.  Earlier this year I got the $250 card, took over a month to get receive the card.  I've been having issues with the site anyways, I no longer have a playlist on my profile.  And the stations listed on the home page are different (and more) than what are listed on other pages.  I asked Baby Blues (works for 977) about the points, and her response was to listen only on the home page---as if I didn't know that. After I pointed out that wasn't my issue, she replied that she had been listening for 3 years and only had 70k...don't understand that at all.  Overall, I figure the site is going downhill :(

That would explain a lot, but why have the other new stations if we can't get points via them?  I'm more than upset because I've been listening to the 90s Hit and Motown Hits for the past 4 days and I didn't realize the points weren't updating.  Makes it quite hard to hit any reward tier when the points are recognized.

Disappointed that I haven't recieved any help, almost a month later.  Still unable to change the order of my playlist.

Agree with all the above.  for the past 2.5 hours I've tried different stations and keep getting the buffering stage.  I've deleted cookies, even shut down computer with no relief.

So I've tried multiple days to change upmy playlist.  I can add songs, and delete them.  However I cannot get them to move up or down in regards to their placement.  I am under the manage playlist option.  The mouse takes on the four directional image, but never allows me to select the song. Help.

I don't know anyone whom has recieved payment.  You can view under earn points (horrible title for this tab), to see the different prize options.  At the top of that page is the link to see previous winners.  However, I will forewarn you, most (if not all) of the cash prize winners no longer have a working link to their page.  Often they were banned--obivous example is a $1000 prize winner whom joined in 2011. 

I've been a member I think since 2010---I'm just over 100k.  And I listen all the time, have friends, and referrals to help me out.

I got the ad via the Flash Player, was on Sunday.  IDK the time :(  Station was the 80's hits.
