You really need to chill out man, or woman, or geek, whatever you are. Jeff wasn't saying that he didn't care about the problem that fierce was experiencing. He just said that there are too many factors at play and his radio station is likely not the culprit. He cannot be blamed for slow processors or pathetically low ram or viruses. If running an internet radio site is so easy go make your own and stop whining about the service here. At least Jeff is trying to resolve all issues people have with their computers.
