I think I've found a workaround.
I used the WMP plugin for a while. When I updated the page I didn't receive any points. Then I started the flash player, refreshed the page and got all points in one rush (with all I mean even those from the WMP session).
Maybe you can test that.. I'd really like to know if you're getting identical results.

I don't think this is the best way to speed up your system. There are a lot of easier ways.
