Hi, I've logged in my account and start listen to the Hitz Station, after 5 minutes, i refresh 977music page for point update, it has logged me out, and i gain no point, this thing has happen since the new flashplayer updates, need help, thanks.

What Opersating system and Browser and version is everyone using?  We're trying to track done the problem but I haven't been able to replicate the problem on my computer.

I'm using WinXP Pro with Internet Explorer 8.

I have been able to login, click a station and then close out the browser.  I've been checking back in a few times an hour and it still shows I'm logged in and earning points.

For us to track down the problem I need as much detail as possible.   Are you closing out the browser?  Are you logging out first?  What OS are you using?  What Browser and version?

Anything else you feel would be pertinent to us tracking down the problem.

I'm using Windows XP Pro SP3, IE 8, after I logged in, I didn't close the 977music windows including the flashplayer, the problem still exist for me.

Same on XP Pro x32 + IE7

Started last week too but can't remember if it began after flash update...

Ok we just made some changes to our points system code that should help with the logouts, please let me know what you experience.

I'm not making any gaurantees but we're trying :0

Make sure you log out, close the browser, re login and click a channel

I am working in Windows XP Professional.  I don't know what Internet Explorer version I have.  I am usually on the Flashplayer.  I can get logged in and I usually just minimize the browser, plus the popup window.  I check periodically for the point accumulation and that's when I notice I am logged out.  It doesn't happen all the time.  If I stay on the website and move around then I don't get logged out, but when I minimize the browser and do other work on the computer (not even surfing the web) I get logged out.
