Is anyone else having a problem? Jeff,I was the one you were corresponding with via email. What I just discovered is it works fine if 3G is turned off on the iphone. Over 2G (EDGE) it buffers up and starts working as expected. Has the 977 app recently changed? A bug maybe? |

12-01-2010 (2:13 pm) Jeff, We haven't made any changes to the app. That's really strange and I don't think this is a widespread problem or I wouldn't be able to connect with my 3G network (I can connect). If Edge works and 3G doesn't then the problem has to be with the 3G network. The app behaves exactly the same regardless of the network you are using. I'm going to call AT&T back (this will be the third time). I just tried loading the 997 url on my blackberry (3G) and the site loaded fine but no app for it so I couldn't test that. It sorta seems like this is a 3G/iPhone issue....maybe the iOS 4.2 upgrade? |

Scratch that. I just called a buddy of mine that hadn't upgraded his phone yet and the 977 URL won't load for him either. Sorta seems to be pointing back to AT&T.... |

You know I didn't think of that. I'll ask the developers of the app. |

12-01-2010 (3:22 pm) Where are you located? Scratch that. I noticed TN. The other guy with the same problem is in Texas. I wonder if this is a 3G bandwidth issue. |
