Foxworthy was the star and executive producer of the television series, Blue Collar TV, created for the WB network. The ensemble cast includes Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy. The television show premiered on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at 8:00 pm and was the second most watched show in that time period with 5.4 million viewers.

In April 1999, The Foxworthy Countdown, a weekly syndicated three-hour radio show, debuted featuring Jeff bringing fans the current Top 25 country hits as well as interviews with stars.
