Mott The Hoople

Mott the Hoople were a 1970s English rock band with strong R&B roots and dominant in the glam rock era of the early to mid 1970s.
The roots of Mott The Hoople can be traced back to two beat bands from Herefordshire in the early 1960s.
On 16 January 2009, it was announced that the band would be re-uniting for two concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, in October 2009.
