2-20-2010 (10:40 pm) OK Dudes, these ads for tha antivirus scanner that pop up which look like a explorer window and the "Viruses" tick up and it tells you you have so many viruses that you need to do something about NEED to stop. I understand money is required but that is bullshit. I know the diffeence but millions of people don't and they get trapped by that company. Do something about it or I will moce my listening somewhere else and take all my links off my webpages. |

Please send it and we'll try and track it down. It sounds to me like this is a very sporadic ad. We obviously do not allow these kinds of ads but they slip through sometimes. |

2-22-2010 (3:26 pm) I don't think it's an ad per se. It just happened to me. I think one of the ads that is playing IN the media player has spyware attached to it. It does take over the entire media player and acts like you have a virus and starts scanning your computer. Last time I looked, WMP is not a anti-virus scanner so there's definately something devious going on here. Trouble is, I don't know which ad is causing this cause I was looking at something else when WMP popped up in the foreground and starts scanning my computer. I closed it immediately. it shut down the flash player i had open in a different tab and also on the home page for me today. if i get it again, i will let you guys know. |

We made some more changes last night and I haven't had another e-mail about it. Anyone else get this today? I tried for 8 hours last night to get this ad and it never came up. |

I had to run out and left the music running cause the kids like to listen to it too and my son said while I was out that the virus thing popped up again and he closed all my windows down and reboot the computer. He said that was about 2:30ish west coast time. Question for anyone who has gotten this ad. How long are you listening (hours, minutes) before this ad comes on? Please be very specific. |

3-01-2010 (10:04 am) Any luck trying it down? I know I sent you the one email. I got it again yesterday but of course wasn't at my computer when it happened. I never am it seems. Always have stepped away and come back to find it on my screen and crapola! Without an exact time and IP address, I can't do too much. We've already remove 5 advertisers suspected of this and I believe it cut down on alot of the issues but obvious there is still a few more to go.
