8-27-2010 (8:20 pm) try oping it using a different web browser. like if you are using internet explorer, use firefox. google chrome and safari are also good web browers. i use IE and google chrome and they work fine. it also might be that your internet is too slow. |

8-30-2010 (4:34 pm) Sounds like you've lost your file extensions for an .asx file. Open Up Windows Media Player --> Tools -->Options --> File Types Make sure the first three (asf, wma, wmv) are checked. Not grayed out but completely checked. |
