7-06-2010 (9:46 am) I have been listening to 977 music for over three weeks and i am not getting any points. I have been at 1949 points now for a week and a half. Am i doing something wrong? |

Every problem a user have ever had with regards to earning points is posted in the FAQ. take 5 minutes and please read it. It will save you much frustration. |

The FAQ section didn't solve my question, let me try to explain. I listen to 977 stations in two different computers (of course, in different moments). I make everything all right, I log in in my account and then I click on the station I want in the right corner here. But only in one of the MEdia Players that my points are being counted, can you answer me why?

7-30-2010 (6:30 am) If you are logging in with firefox or chrome or any other browser other than Internet Explorer and listen with the windows media player, you won't earn points But in both computers I use Internet Explorer, but in only one of them I earn points. Why? |

Maybe that computer is blocking our backend system from communicating with the player or vice versa. Obviously our system is working fine because you stated one of the computers is fine. Unfortunately without being in front of that computer, I can't do too much from here. |
