12-14-2012 (2:18 pm) getting points today! only single points on triple point Thursday, but it is a start. I get points on the stations, but not on every song like it used to. It appears to do it in time block chunks instead of song based. I also don't get points on my playlist. |

Havent had points for over a week now, this is really ticking me off... I'm stuck @ 927,303.. I should be OVER 1,000,000 points by now... I'm using Firefox browser, and REFUSE to use IE... I h8 IE with a passion... I NEED the points to start working AGAIN... I wanna reach 2,500,000 points by the end of this year, and theres NO WAY that'll ever happen unless the points START TO WORK very soon.... Even IF I do change to IE I get NO POINTS... So Jeff IF u c this PLEASE tell me what to do... IF I have to switch back to IE for the points to start working AGAIN, I guess thats what i'll have to do SIGH... Thank you all for reading my RANT.... I hope the points get to working again SOON.. |

After my last post I was receiving points again but since the player update where you can't have the player in an external window anymore the points have stopped again. |

1-29-2013 (5:11 am) I'm getting my points since I use the windows player instead of the flash player (using this in chrome browser). Thanks for the info, I have switched from the flash player to the windows player (Firefox) and I am now getting points again. |

If you are at the new homepage (that only has the flash player) click 'My Account’ at the top right corner and then select "Manage Profile' this will open a new tab with the old interface and all of the stations on the right. if you click the icon for windows media player instead of Flash player it will open a new tab and will use windows media player instead of the flash player. |

But it also might doesn't work after 3 reloads, and if it works - getting points can stop any time. Yet the next day everything is fine. Quite strange behavior, not? |

I've been stuck on the 200's for over 6months now. I have tried numerous updates using firefox, flash, windows 7, etc...... and its obviously on 977music end. They are not updating or fixing the bugs etc.... as they used to. It seems the effort is just not there anymore, money probably has something to do with it. I can go to other competitors stations and listen without any glitches all day long and thats what i have been doing. This was a nice place in the past, but I don't see it around growing etc... in the future cuz people as myself will just get tired. It was fun while it lasted. There is other alternatives that give you points just google it , if your tired of the music stopping 30times a day and your points not accumulating. Jeff if you read this, you need to do something m8, this place isn't gonna last much longer if you don't listen to its members!You can reload the page and then it might works, but since the update to get the points after X played titles it's harder to recognize if they are working.
