It is rare to see an award-winning song completely changed for national campaign, but it turns out that Cee Lo Green has done exactly that by revamping his famous song ‘Forget You’ to make it fit for a good social cause.
The Gnarls Barkley member recently associated himself with Duracell’s “Power of Those Who Protect Us” campaign, arranged for the benefit of National Volunteer Fire Council, which is a social service organization that represents the rights of voluntary rescue workers, EMS personnel and fire fighters. The new version of the highly successful track has been named ‘Thank You,’ and it can be downloaded for free from Duracell’s Facebook page.
