Britney’s Songwriter Claude Kelly Explains ‘Gasoline’

Britney Spears Gasoline Britney’s Songwriter Claude Kelly Explains ‘Gasoline’

Britney Spears’ album Femme Fatale is a saucy but dark LP that has everything to do with club and dance music. One of the less talked about songs, which holds the essence of the whole album in it is the fiery self explanatory song ‘Gasoline,’- a Claude Kelly written song. According to Kelly, he wrote this song while focusing on the sexiest moments of Britney’s career.

Talking in an interview with MTV, Kelly said that when he was writing the song, the theme he wanted to emulate was that of the one displayed in previous Britney songs such as ‘Toxic,’ ‘Slave 4 U’ and ‘Boys.’  he said that Britney in the physically hot club with guys around her is a very popular theme and he thought that revisiting it once more would be a lot of fun.  He said that even though some may think that Britney would not have been able to recreate the kind of ‘man-eater’ persona that she was once known for in her raunchy songs, she actually pulled it off without breaking a sweat, proving that she still has what it takes to do whatever she wants. page go Britney’s Songwriter Claude Kelly Explains ‘Gasoline’ Continue reading Britney’s Songwriter Claude Kelly Explains ‘Gasoline’ »

prince 80s music ‘80s Music – What Do We Know About It?

If you ask someone about ‘80s music, they don’t always have pleasant memories. The general sentiment is that the ‘60s was the development of rock music, while the ‘70s was the ‘disco’ music decade and the ‘80s sucked.

The ‘60s belongs to bands such as the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and the Who along with many other classic groups who influenced the development of modern rock as we know it now.

However, ‘80s music is given less significance by the masses, but the experts think it doesn’t warrant such unfair treatment.
