Since the iTunes platform has been out on the market, a lot of people have fallen in love with it since it has made their listening experience more convenient and enjoyable. Most people consider iTunes the best music management system to date. It could have dominated the media center to an even greater extent but for one thing—you could not find any Beatle song in their inventory. Until recently, the Beatles were completely absent from the iTunes lineup; this was due to the clash between the two “apples”: Apple and Apple Corps, which began in the sixties, decades before the iTunes was even manufactured for commercial use. Mid-November of this year, it was announced that The Beatles could be found in the iTunes Store (finally). So let’s dig deeper into the events of the past 50 years to understand how this happened.

10 Advantages of Streaming Radio
Streaming technology is a means of allowing certain media such as video, audio and other multimedia to be transmitted via the Internet. Among all the music delivery technology around us—satellite radio, CDs, cassettes…8-tracks (maybe we’ve gone a little too far with that one)—streaming Internet Radio has become the choice of many music consumers. 977music.com was created to embrace streaming technology because of the benefits that streaming radio offers to users.
What Are The Benefits?
1. It can be viewed in real time- Media streaming allows the user to listen to music on the Internet in real time. As opposed to the conventional method of obtaining music online—downloading files from the Internet to your desktop, the music can be actually listened to instantly without using up your hard drive storing all the mp3’s.
2. You can listen to the music of your choice- Among its biggest advantages over conventional radio is the wide array of choices to select from. Internet radio offers all kinds of music genres; there’s something for every generation.

Choosing Workout Music
Workout Music
It is natural that you have some favourite songs that you listen to when you work out or exercise. Music can be good for relaxation, but by choosing songs with the proper tempo and beat characteristics, it also makes your heart beat faster and makes your body more willing to undergo the physical stress of exercise. Exercise is pretty much like dancing; who would like to groove without music? The same principle applies when you work out.
If you are a music lover, music is connected to every aspect in your life. You might have a favourite song for whatever activity you’re doing: waking up, cooking song, dropping off to sleep, driving and so on and so forth. If you love exercising and working out, then it just follows that you have a song or two for that as well.
3 “Top 40” Songs for Exercising
- Keri Hilson & Lil Wayne – Turnin Me On
- Hey Monday – Homecoming
- Benny Benassi & Channing – Come Fly Away
These are all relatively new songs with a common characteristic: their upbeat tunes (which is the reason why a lot of people are choosing these songs as their favorites for working out). These songs help them to keep on moving and give them the push and motivation that they needed. But aside from these things, these songs offer something more which will be beneficial for their health.
The biggest advantage of mixing music with your workout is that up-tempo music helps to stimulate cardiovascular activity; if the music is good, it will not only stimulate you to do the workout but it will also stimulate your rate. Your blood circulation will be better and your workout will be more effective, resulting in enhanced weight loss.
For best results, note that the speed of the music should be from 118 to 122 bpm, or Beats Per Minute. Your workout playlist should also be designed to accommodate a full workout, starting slowly and allowing your body to adjust and adapt to the activity before increasing in intensity. After a warm-up period, the beat will increase and encourage quicker movements. After the workout is complete, the music should slow down again for a cool-down period to allow the body to relax.
Music has a lot of uses in our lives. We can listen to music if we want to relax. If a person wants to be energized and to be encouraged to keep on moving, music can be used as a cardiovascular stimulant. It helps when the gym that you are a member of always has good music playing in the background…if not, fire up your iPod Touch or iPhone and use 977music’s app to play your workout music. Your mood will immediately be set. Adding music to an otherwise tiresome activity of working out and exercising will make a more worthwhile experience…it might even become fun.
