It looks like 2012 will be a big year for country star Taylor Swift, whom, according to BroadwayWorld, has recently been offered the role of Eponine in Les Miserables.
While there has been no word just yet if Taylor has accepted the role in the upcoming film adaption, if she chooses to she will be joining talent which includes Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe as Javert, Anne Hathaway as Fantine and Tony-winner Eddie Redmayne as Marius.
Taylor Swift, recently named Billboard’s Woman of the Year, has had great success in the music arena, with her last album 21 still generating sales. Yet her acting skills may be up for debate. While Taylor had a short part in the 2010 romantic comedy film “Valentines Day” as Felicia Miller, she has yet to have a a feature role.
